Boraclover has a 14-day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. (After 14 days, returns are not accepted, and we are not responsible for any)
For a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

DEMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please also prepare a photo or video to prove this. We are not responsible for any defects after opening. (Available only in unopened and unused condition)

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE MERCH
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable items (eg food, flowers or plants), custom items (eg special orders or personalization products), and personal care products (eg beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

EXCHANGE
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately. This method is the most accurate and fastest.

REFUND
For refund inquiries, please contact boraclover@gmail.com. Upon confirmation and approval, the refund will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
