Never Received

I was very excited and foolishly trusting due to my positive and full 5 star experience (and review) purchasing the seventeen lightstick.
It has been over a year and still have not received anything. No update. No delivery. NOTHING.
I was in contact with customer support before they ghosted me after a few email exchanges.
My account says it has been fulfilled, but I doubt I will ever receive any items from this company which is unfortunate because I put my trust in them.
